£350 for the first hour, then £250 per hour

Ideal for launches, gatherings, private events and milestone occasions where you want clean, honest documentation without interrupting the flow.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Satisfaction Guarantee
I guarantee the images included in your package. If any of your included portraits aren’t quite right, I’ll refine the edits or offer a complimentary re‑shoot to ensure you receive the full number of images you paid for at the standard you expect. If you’re still not satisfied after that, I’ll refund you in full. If a refund is issued, the licence ends and the images can’t be used going forward. Any images already posted or shared just need to be taken down.
Exclusivity Upgrade
Exclusivity is a separate privacy option. If a refund is requested, you can choose whether to keep exclusivity in place or release it. A full refund of the exclusivity fee is available within 24 hours of delivery, before any usage decisions have been made. If you choose to release exclusivity after this period, usage rights return to me and a partial refund of the exclusivity fee is provided, as exclusivity has already been honoured up to the point you received your images.
Image Use, Rights & Privacy
Exclusivity Options
Exclusivity gives you full control over how your images are used. By default, BHP Studio Ltd may share selected images in my portfolio, website, social media and marketing. If you prefer your images to remain private, you can add an exclusivity upgrade to your session. This removes my right to use the images publicly and ensures they stay for your use only. Exclusivity options are only available when booking the 'Complete Portrait Experience' or 'Events'.

Full Exclusivity - Your images will not be used anywhere by BHP Studio Ltd.

Partial Exclusivity - You can choose a small selection of images to keep private — typically around 25–40% of your final set — while the rest may be used in my portfolio.
When I can’t share the images, I lose long‑term marketing value. The exclusivity fee reflects this loss while giving you complete control over how your images are used.
Usage Rights
Below is a clear breakdown of what you can and cannot do with your images. A printed copy of your usage‑rights agreement will be signed by both parties and provided at the reveal. For shoots with multiple intended uses, separate contracts will be supplied.

Additional Usage Rights
Your shoot includes personal‑use rights (and business‑use rights for branding/headshot sessions). These are priced individually depending on the type of usage.
